Aspen Ridge Tree Service is always looking for climbers or equipment operators with the right work ethic to join our team. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual.

No CDL is  required to operate our trucks or equipment (including mechanical lift, wood chipper, skid steer, and  multi-one mini loader).

Ground Crew Members ($16-$28 per hour depending on experience)

• Operate as part of a crew performing different aspects of tree care such as tree pruning, removals, chipping, and stump grinding.
• Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, hedge shears, and loaders.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, 50 lbs or more
• Prior experience preferred.
• On the job training available for willing applicants.
• Valid driver's license strongly preferred
• Summer seasonal or full-time positions available

Arborist Trainee or Certified Arborist (up to $35 per hour depending on experience and certification)

• Safely climb using ANSI standards to prune and remove trees.
• Be proficient in rigging knowledge and able to operate within the ANSI Standards for the tree care industry.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, 50 lbs or more
• Operate as part of a crew performing different aspects of tree care.
• Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, brush chippers, and loaders.
• Maintain and safely operate mechanical lift
• Valid driver's license required
• 2+ years of arborist experience
• Knowledge of climbing and ropes desired.
• On the job training available for the willing applicant.
